What are the strengths of your training program?
Our faculty! I love working with and learning from each and every attending, and they have really invested in making me the best pediatric intensivist that I can be. We also have an incredibly collaborative interprofessional team that I am proud to be a part of.

How are you involved in research? What are your research interests?
My research interests are in ECMO, Education, and Ethics (the 3 E's!!!). I am involved in multiple projects both within and outside of our unit and department, including quantitative studies, qualitative studies, and QI. I am also involved in helping recruit and collect data at our site for large multi-center randomized control trials. Additionally, I am currently working on my thesis for my Master in Health Professions Education degree, evaluating team function in ECMO.

How do you spend your time outside of work?
With my husband and toddler son. We love taking trips to the beach or the mountains, hiking, and cooking together.
