Pediatrics selects eight investigators for CMNH and Derfner awards

Each year the Department of Pediatrics distributes support for clinical, basic, or applied research projects proposed by investigators within the Duke Children’s community which is made possible by funds raised through Children's Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH) programs and corporate partnerships in this area and generous donations from the Derfner Foundation. It is hoped that funded projects will provide the preliminary data that will lead to successful future external grant applications and peer reviewed publications.
