Congratulations LEADER 2021 Graduates!

Congratulations to the 2021 LEADER program graduates from the Department of Pediatrics!

The LEADER Program is an interactive 5-month series designed for junior faculty who are leading a research group. The program helps faculty hone their leadership skills in order to build their research team, manage a talented group of people, deftly navigate conflict, and inspire others to do their best.  This year’s program included sessions on the topics of leading with emotional intelligence, learning to be an effective mentor, fostering inclusion in your research space, developing negotiation skills, managing conflict with confidence and balancing competing priorities. This program provides a unique opportunity to work with a diverse and multidisciplinary group of faculty and to network with other researchers from across the university.
