What were you looking for in a residency program?
A medium-sized program with lots of opportunities for growth and learning that also demonstrated strong community between its residents, showed a commitment to diversity, and was dedicated to making a difference in the surrounding community.
What do you want to get involved in at Duke that particularly interests you (i.e. committees, research, interest groups, QI, etc.)?
Global health initiatives, research related to public health, history of medicine

What do you like to do outside of work?
Reading (especially mysteries) and spending time at the local public library (which is GORGEOUS by the way), exploring nearby parks, re-watching my favorite TV shows.
