Reflections on the Duke program

What were you looking for in a fellowship program?
I wanted a strong clinical program with dedicated mentors, excellent clinical research opportunities, and the option to pursue funded graduate level training, all in a location with a high quality of life.

What are the strengths of the Duke program?
The strengths of Duke include everything I was looking for in a fellowship program above, which are made possible through the tireless support from our faculty and leadership.

What’s your favorite part about living in Durham and the Triangle?
Durham and the surrounding communities have great quality of life. My favorite part is how easy it is to live here day to day. Other great qualities include the food, breweries, weather, nature, and local music scene.

Personal interests

What do you like to do outside of work?
Playing guitar and drums, running, spending time with my Golden Retriever.
