Reflections on the Duke program
What were you looking for in a residency program?
A program that would help provide me exposure to a wide range of pathologies with the subspecialty services, support my desire for patient advocacy, and also become my family away from home!
What are the strengths of the Duke Program?
I was most interested in being involved in DPRS to have the opportunity to perform and be involved in great research projects as well as simultaneously having the opportunity to learn the skills to improve my skills in that arena.

What’s best about living in Durham and the Triangle?
Durham has been great! I love the small city vibe with many different restaurants within walking distance from each other. The people are kind and welcoming, which makes exploring even better.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I love to have self-care! I love getting my nails done with my coresidents, monthly spa days, and going out to dinner with my husband and friends!
