Commitment to mentorship; collegial work environment; breadth of cases (including in immunocompromised ID); global health research infrastructure
How are you involved in research? What are your research interests?
As a first-year fellow, my time skews mostly clinical, but I am excited about getting involved with Duke projects in malaria control implementation in low- and middle-income settings.
How do you spend your time outside of work?
I enjoy spending time hiking with my wife and dog on all the great local trails, trying new restaurants in the exciting food scene here, and not-so-secretly supporting the Tar Heels athletics teams.
