Karl-Dimiter Bissig (Medical Genetics) received an award from Avachrome in the amount of $153,746 for a project entitled, Validation of Next Generation Humanized Mouse Models. The project period is 01/01/2022-12/31/2023.
Laurie Graves (Hematology-Oncology) and Lars Wagner (Hematology-Oncology) received an award from Hyundai Hope on Wheels (HHO/W) in the amount of $200,000 for a project entitled, Modeling Tumor Heterogeneity and Therapy Resistance in Osteosarcoma Using Patient-Derived Organoids. The project period is 12/31/2021-12/31/2023.
Priya Kishnani (Medical Genetics) received an award from Johannes Kepler University in the amount of $173,783 for a project entitled, Functional Testing of VUS in ALPL in the Causation of HPP. The project period is 12/01/2021-06/30/2024.
Corinne Linardic (Hematology-Oncology) received an award from Alex’s Lemonade Stand in the amount of $7,237 for a project entitled, Generating a Mouse Model of CIC-Rearranged Ewings-like Sarcoma. The project period is 01/03/2022-01/02/2023.
Christian Stackhouse (Hematology-Oncology) and Corinne Linardic (Hematology-Oncology) received an award from Alex’s Lemonade Stand in the amount of $150,000 for a project entitled, Development of RNAi-based Therapeutics to Target Oncogenic IncRNAs in Rhabdomyosarcoma. The project period is 01/17/2022-1/16/2025.
Rebecca Sadun (Rheumatology) received an award from Amgen Rheumatology Fellowship Training Award in the amount of $50,000 for a project entitled, ACR/Amgen Rheumatology Fellowship. The project period is 07/01/2022-06/30/2023.
Lars Wagner (Hematology-Oncology) received an award the from Public Health Institute in the amount of $2,500 (per patient) for a project entitled, NCI Community Oncology Research Program (NCORP) Research Base Grant. The project period is 08/01/2021-07/31/2025.
