Duke MyChart to become My Duke Health

Duke's MyChart is changing its name and will soon be known as My Duke Health. In the coming months, patients who visit Duke MyChart will be automatically redirected to the My Duke Health (my.dukehealth.org) website, which is the patient portal login page, and requires no action or additional steps from patients. This change is accompanied by new and enhanced functionality to provide an industry-leading patient portal featuring patient-centered tools and resources for managing health and wellness.

In addition, the newest resource available to patients is the Duke Health Virtual Assistant, a conversational artificial intelligence tool that helps patients complete common tasks, answers questions, and directs users to Duke Health resources across multiple channels. Once logged into the portal, patients can use the Virtual Assistant’s chat function to quickly and easily access general or personalized information including:

  • Scheduling, rescheduling, canceling and confirming appointment details
  • Test results
  • Find a provider
  • General DukeHealth.org FAQs
  • My Duke Health portal support

The Duke Health Virtual Assistant will also be found on the DukeHealth.org website. Over time, the skills of the Duke Health Virtual Assistant will grow for mobile and web users.

Visit My Duke Health to experience all the updated resources including access to Urgent Care wait times and virtual appointments, classes and support groups, the Healthwise education library and more.
