Feedback can be challenging - for both the giver and the receiver. During
this workshop, participants will discuss the purpose of feedback and identify
and apply characteristics of effective feedback that help mitigate its
discomfort. Additionally, participants will explore how effective feedback can
be used within a competency-based medical education approach to increase
self-regulated, motivated learning.
