What are the strengths of your training program?
A lot! We have a great balance of autonomy and support. The unit has a high volume and acuity, so there is always a lot to learn. Our attendings are fantastic and truly make us feel like colleagues.

How are you involved in research? What are your research interests?
I’ve really enjoyed everything NICU-related so far. I’m currently working on HIE and meningitis papers, as well as developing a QI project aimed at optimizing prenatal consults for our families.

How do you spend your time outside of work? 
In my free time, I enjoy napping, spending time with my dog (Tita), my family when they visit, going to the gym, running, playing soccer, and trying new restaurants.
