REFLECTIONS ON THE DUKE PROGRAM
What were you looking for in a residency program?
I was looking for a program that provided strong training opportunities across a wide range of pediatric specialties, offered significant global and public health experiences, and had a close-knit feel. I was also looking for a program where I felt like I would be able to connect with mentors.
What do you want to get involved in at Duke that particularly interests you?
At Duke, I am interested in getting involved with Neonatology and Genetics research. Additionally, I look forward to connecting with, and learning from, the children and families in Durham!

What are you looking forward to most about living in Durham and the Triangle?
I am excited to be near beautiful running trails, hiking spots, great restaurants, and a laid-back, friendly atmosphere. I also hope to adopt a dog while living in Durham!
What do you like to do outside of work?
I like to run, hike, try new restaurants, and spend time with family!
What is something interesting/surprising about you?
I have a twin sister, and I am the older twin by 8 minutes!
