What were you looking for in a residency program?
I was seeking a program that would challenge me to grow both clinically and intellectually, while also providing strong support and emphasizing patient advocacy and community engagement. I was especially drawn to opportunities for research that bridge discovery and patient care, particularly in pediatric cardiology.

What are you looking forward to most about living in Durham and the Triangle?
Living in Durham, I've been enjoying the great food, easy access to nature, and the mild weather that makes it perfect to spend time outside year-round.
What do you like to do outside of work?
I enjoy running and hiking with my dog, grabbing coffee at local cafes, and trying out new ice cream spots!
What is something interesting/surprising about you?
I worked at a bakery that won Cupcake Wars!
