REFLECTIONS ON THE DUKE PROGRAM
What were you looking for in a residency program?
I was looking for a program with lots of research opportunities and opportunities to get involved in subspecialty interests! I was also looking for a program that had a welcoming community and strong mentorship.
What do you want to get involved in at Duke that particularly interests you?
I want to get involved in research and QI. I am interested in neonatal neurology and have always loved being able to participate in both peer interest groups and community outreach work.

What do you like to do outside of work?
I love to paint (watercolors mostly) and go to art museums (love art history!). I also love running and cooking!
What is something interesting/surprising about you?
I've gone to the LCS NA finals (League Championship Series - North American finals for the ESport League of Legends) in-person three times. This is my highest attendance for live sporting events.
