What were you looking for in a residency program?
I was looking for excellent training in pediatrics, a medium-sized, welcoming and supportive program with a diverse patient population.
What do you want to get involved in at Duke that particularly interests you?
I want to get involved in medical student education and quality improvement.
What are the strengths of the Duke program?
The people! the size, location, excellence in multiple specialties, and range of patients and pathologies.
What's best about living in Durham and the Triangle?
What appealed to me was quality of life, weather, and it was near family/friends.

What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy reading, cooking and baking, walks, yoga, and knitting.
