Nancy McGreal, MD (Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition) received an award from Pfizer Inc. in the amount of $87,234 for a project entitled Open Label Induction and Maintenance Study of Oral CP-690,550 (Tofacitinib) in Children with Moderately to Severely Active Ulcerative Colitis. The project period is 05/24/2021-01/31/2025.
Jeffrey Russ, PhD (Neurology) received an award from Kennedy Krieger Institute in the amount of $407,614 for a project entitled Child Neurologist Career Development Program. The project period is 07/01/2021-06/30/2024.
Laura Schanberg, MD (Rheumatology) received an award from CARRA/Bristol Myers Squibb Foundation in the amount of $45,058 for a project entitled Sample collection to Predict Response to Abatacept in Limit-JIA. The project period is 07/26/2021-07/26/2024.
Vandana Shashi, MBBS, MD (Medical Genetics) and David Goldstein, PhD (Columbia) received a supplemental award from the National Institute of Health/NHGRI in the amount of $149,897 for a project entitled An Integrated and Diverse Genomic Medicine Program for Undiagnosed Diseases. The project period is 07/01/2021-06/30/2022.
Sarah Young, PhD (Medical Genetics) received an award from Maze Therapeutics in the amount of $8,545 for a project entitled Urinary GLC4 as a Marker of Glycogen Synthesis. The project period is 07/13/2021-12/31/2021.
Muhammad Zafar, MBBS (Neurology) received an award from Medicure International Inc. in the amount of $71,979 for a project entitled Study of Oral Pyridoxal 5’-Phosphate for the Treatment of Patients with PNPO Deficiency. The project period is 06/29/2021-06/30/2022.
