Duke Children's Hospital is ranked among the top children's hospitals in the country.
According to the 2025-2026 U.S. News & World Report's Best Children's Hospitals list, Duke ranks No. 1 in North Carolina and is tied for No. 1 in the Southeast. And for the third consecutive year, Cardiology has been ranked among the top four in the nation.
Specialties in the top 50 were Cardiology & Heart Surgery (3), Urology (17), Cancer (24), Gastroenterology & GI Surgery (24), Pulmonology & Lung Surgery (25), Neonatology (30), Nephrology (32), Neurology & Neurosurgery (37), Orthopedics (43), and Pediatric & Adolescent Behavioral Health (Top 50).
